During my time studying Visual Communications, I took an elective in 3D modeling and architectural drafting almost on a whim, and it turned into one of my favorite classes. I loved the process of turning a rough floor plan into an accurate set of drawings, and then watching that same space come to life as a fully rendered scene, light, materials, and all. That class never really ended for me. Friends, family, and clients have kept asking for help visualizing renovations, additions, and new builds ever since, and I've naturally kept doing this work alongside my career in software and visual communication.
Today I offer architectural 3D rendering, CAD drawings, and design consultation as a standalone service, bringing the same attention to detail and clarity I bring to every other project I take on.

CAD Drawings & Floor Plans
Clean, accurate 2D and 3D drawings for permitting, contractor bids, and construction, built to scale and ready to hand off.
Finish & Material Consultation
I keep an on-site library of flooring, cabinetry, countertop, tile, and paint finish samples, so we can hold real materials next to your rendering and make confident selections together, not just guess from a screen.
Design Concept Development
Early space-planning and layout exploration to test ideas quickly before committing to a direction.
